THE MARION CHIROUZE ESTATE
A story of roots and passion
The history of our estate begins in the 1950s, on the left bank of the Rhône in La Roche-de-Glun. It was here that my grandfather, Raoul Chirouze, founded the farm, initially dedicated to arboriculture.
In 1989, my parents, Philippe and Claudine, took over the reins. Driven by a desire to diversify the business, they introduced viticulture to the farm. It was alongside them, among the orchards and the vines, that I grew up and inherited a love of the land and the winemaker's craft.
2021: The Birth of the Estate
After years of learning and passing on knowledge, I produced my first vintage in 2021. By creating Domaine Marion Chirouze, I wanted to continue this family adventure with a strong commitment: that of respectful and authentic viticulture.

Our philosophy: Respect for life
Today, we cultivate our vines using organic farming methods. For us, wine is not manufactured, it is cultivated.
A unique terroir: Our plots rest on soils of rolled pebbles, remnants of the Rhône's movements. These stones capture the sun's heat during the day and release it to the vines at night, promoting optimal grape ripening.
Biodiversity at the heart: We take care to preserve the natural balance of our soils so that each vintage (Angélique, Apaisante, Audacieuse) expresses the richness and typicity of the Crozes-Hermitage appellation.
Polyculture as a strength: True to our roots, we maintain artisanal production of fruit juices, nectars and jams from our apple, apricot and peach orchards.
